Reservation Policies

We invite you to read our general and reservation policies.

Hotel Boutique On emerges as a new idea of service, design, hospitality and quality, observing that the city of Sucre, being the capital of Bolivia and a city recognized for its cultural richness and history, deserved a lodging facility that honor this city and all its qualities.

The fusion of history, design,  details, gastronomy and a service approach where everything is possible, results in Hotel Boutique On, where guests can enjoy more than just accommodation, they will find here a travel experience that exceeds their expectations in every way.

IMPORTANT:

  1. The check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and the check-out time and vacate the rooms is at 12:00 p.m. each day. If any guest stays longer, one more day will be charged. (You have a maximum tolerance of 1 hour, with the prior consent of the reception department, according to availability)

  2. No person has the right to give accommodation to another without the prior consent of the management and make arrangements for their registration or payment only with the permission of the person in charge of the establishment, guests may have private personnel at their service, and in this case they will be considered as guests in charge of the owner's room, who is responsible for their conduct.

  3. Users are prohibited from performing, during their stay, acts that lack morality, good customs or tranquility of the rest of the guests. The guest must behave with decency and morality within the establishment, being prohibited from disturbing the order, making noises that bother or annoy other guests, as well as using the room to carry out any act or game prohibited by law. The establishment may cancel lodging services in these cases.

  4. The hotel reserves the right to admit occasional accompanying visits to the hotel facilities, in no case will their access to the rooms be allowed. It is a security measure for both the client and the hotel.

  5. The establishment strictly prohibits the use of candles, incense, dangerous or flammable material; ignoring this rule will generate a fine for the same amount of the cost of your room.

  6. The hotel will not be responsible for money or valuables forgotten in the room or public areas. So we remind you that inside the room there is a safe, supported by instructions for its use. Or, in your case, you can keep your valuables in the administration safe, going directly to reception.

  7. The sheets, blankets, mattress covers, bedspreads, towels and carpets that are dirty, torn or stained (blood or any other liquid, or substance) the guest is the one who pays for the damage caused, generating an extra cost per garment, the total replacement of the garment Payments of this type are made immediately.

  8. The hotel prohibits its clients from smoking in the rooms according to the national anti-smoking law, the fact causes deterioration of the same and a fixed amount of 200 usd will be charged, as an additional cleaning cost in each incident. The rooms are smoke-free: you can only smoke in the terrace area. In case of leaving the room impregnated with the smell of cigarettes, a higher charge will be generated for purification of the room with an extra charge of 100 usd.

  9. Bath Tub: Functions as a bath tub only.

  10. It is forbidden to introduce external food and drinks in public areas of the hotel. Only consumption inside your room is allowed.

  11. The hotel has for sale the items that make up the decoration of the rooms, which is why we ask you in the most respectful and attentive manner, to keep them in good condition and not to damage them, otherwise the item will be charged.

RESERVATION POLICIES

REGULAR RESERVATION GUARANTEE: Reservations are guaranteed only and exclusively until the moment of providing valid Credit Card data and making the retention of the first night or making a deposit/bank transfer for the total value of the first night of the room or 50% of the total of your stay.

REGULAR RESERVATION CHARGES: Hotel Boutique On, will reserve and block the room(s) only with proof of bank deposit or cash payment of 50% at least 72 hours in advance.

RESERVATION CHARGES ON SPECIAL DATES: Hotel Boutique On will charge your Credit Card for the total value of the reservation 15 days before your arrival date; in case of not having a credit card, a bank deposit or transfer of 50% of the total of your stay. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY FOR REGULAR RESERVATIONS: Reservations may be canceled or modified (change of date/reduction of rooms in case of group) without penalty by writing to reservas@onhotelboutique.com , up to 72 hours before the client's arrival date. , once this is done, the retention will be released or a refund of the deposit will be made. In the case of modification of the reservation, the rates must be recalculated according to the new date and type of room(s) chosen.  Cancellations or modifications (change of date/reduction of rooms in case of a group) made 6 days or less before the arrival date will be penalized with the non-refund of the value of the first night.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY ON SPECIAL DATES: Reservations with stays during special dates may be canceled or modified (change of date/room reduction in case of group) without penalty by writing to reservas@onhotelboutique.com ,  Up to 15 days before the arrival date, once this is done, the retention will be released or a refund of the deposit will be made. In the case of modification of the reservation, the rates must be recalculated according to the new date and type of room chosen. Cancellations or modifications (change of date/reduction of rooms in case of a group) made 14 days or less before the arrival date will be penalized with the non-refund of the total value of the reservation.

NO-SHOWS FOR REGULAR RESERVATIONS: The penalty in case of no-show or non-arrival will be the non-refund of the value of the first night of the room/s and the immediate cancellation of the remaining nights of stay.

NO-SHOWS ON SPECIAL DATES: The penalty in case of no-show or non-arrival during special dates will be the non-refund of the total value of the reservation; To keep the remaining nights of the reservation, you must notify us by email at reservas@onhotelboutique.com . No date changes can be made (neither in nor out).

SPECIAL DATES: Holidays and special promotion rates (Carnivals, Christmas, New Year, Oscar Crespo, Easter and National Official Bridges)

  • Room Service: 7:00 am – 10:00 pm

  • Sauna: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
